VitaSpectrum is a multivitamin/mineral supplement made using 23 essential nutrients for supporting unique nutritional needs. The capsules contain active ingredients folate, B12 and B6 as well as naturally sourced carotenes, vitamin E tocopherols, and vitamin D3. Does not contain iron or copper.
Contains similar ingredients to VitaSpectrum Powder, but the amounts of calcium and magnesium have been reduced to fit in 6 medium-size capsules. The two-piece vegetarian capsules are made from purified cellulose.
