Do you accept Purchase Orders?

Yes, we accept Purchase Orders from school districts, clinics and government agencies around the country.

Can I make a Tax Exempt purchase on the website?

Only orders being shipped to Colorado will be charged sales tax on the website.  If you are a tax exempt organization, you will have to set up an account on our website.  Please send your account information along with your Tax Exempt Certificate to:

You will receive an email from orders@autismcommunitystore.com once your tax exempt status has been verified and you are able to place orders without being charged tax. You may also fill out a Purchase Order Form and send it to us along with your Tax Exempt Certificate to the same email or fax number.

Can I pay with a Credit Card?

Yes, if you call to place the order we can collect Credit Card information at the time the order is placed.  Otherwise we will send an invoice and bill you net 30.

 

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Standard shipping is free for orders of $75 delivered in the continental USA. Free shipping is not available for oversized items, as indicated on the individual products. UPS ground rates will apply to those items and can be viewed during checkout, prior to confirming your order. Supplements also ship for free via USPS First Class Mail. Free shipping does not apply to probiotics that must be shipped via 2nd Day Air or Priority Mail.

 

Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

Colorado sales tax will be applied on sales to Colorado addresses. Denver and Denver RTD sales tax will be applied on sales where applicable. If you are a tax exempt organization in Colorado, please email orders@autismcommunitystore.com.  Once we have a copy of your tax exempt certificate on file, you can place tax exempt orders on our website if you have an account, or by email, fax or phone.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

We will do everything within our power to ship your order the same day that it is placed. If your order is placed after business hours, we will ship your order on the next business day. Some products are shipped directly from the factory or are made to order. This will be indicated in the product description. Please allow 2-3 weeks for these products to arrive. Occasionally, we are not able to fulfill your entire order at the time you place it. If this occurs, we will contact you to see how you would like us to proceed.
