If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Autism Community Store (ACS) offers replacement or full refund of purchase price, if the item is returned within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer.

The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition and must be accompanied by your invoice. We can only refund shipping charges if the return is the result of our error. A replacement will be sent or credit issued as soon as the item is returned.

Each manufacturer includes its own warranty or guarantee for each item. When you receive your order, please read these carefully as warranties may be limited by time or valid only under certain conditions. ACS also offers its own 30 day guarantee.
